Ofc its for 1D9. Read my post again, I said illumination (where you get a very insignificant amount of damage for the hard points given that you got already like +1k from bane hunter, moonstrike and soft points in illumination /needless to say you rly dont care about elemental damage on melee sorc/) and spiral dance, where is bladestorm now which is the exactly same case - soft points give so much that the hard points have very little effect and are therefore wasted. Its not moonstrike only, its moonstrike + bladestorm from key/scroll/book/heart, as Iv said and spiral dance from astarte.

Has the Hammer of the Taan Judges been edited in 1.d9 RC?
Documentation says total damage + 1.5 per lvl but mine does only 28% at lvl 114. |

It was edited in .99, iirc (could be .A9, too).

Having to research a build is not difficulty, but time consumption/spare time therapy, if you'd ask me. |

This is a really cool quote.
'You can't kill the ubers tactically, they're too dangerous'.
It sums up everything that is wrong with D2. |
The necromancer prior to 1.10 begs to differ. |

I'm of the opinion that exercises for the reader shouldn't involve ones that invalidate your entire numerical argument.
Here are the actual numbers given correct equations for a sample spread of 25 socketables and no AA% besides charms at the ridiculous measure of 2580 base stats.
Lahs AA% Stones Gain
25 195 0 5031
24 190 1 5076
23 185 2 5115
22 180 3 5148
21 175 4 5175
20 170 5 5196
19 165 6 5211
18 160 7 5220
17 155 8 5223
16 150 9 5220
15 145 10 5211
14 140 11 5196
13 135 12 5175
12 130 13 5148
11 125 14 5115
10 120 15 5076
9 115 16 5031
8 110 17 4980
Even then in this absurd border case, one can see that optimal number of socketables isn't full 'Lahs'.
Here is with base stats:
Lahs AA% Stones Gain
25 195 0 2145
24 190 1 2264
23 185 2 2377
22 180 3 2484
21 175 4 2585
20 170 5 2680
19 165 6 2769
18 160 7 2852
17 155 8 2929
16 150 9 3000
15 145 10 3065
14 140 11 3124
13 135 12 3177
12 130 13 3224
11 125 14 3265
10 120 15 3300
9 115 16 3329
8 110 17 3352
7 105 18 3369
6 100 19 3380
5 95 20 3385
4 90 21 3384
3 85 22 3377
2 80 23 3364
1 75 24 3345 |

It is honestly horrifying hearing some of the suggestions being made.
Laz understands mod-making and balance better than anyone, I really wish he wouldn't have to deal with some ridiculous requests by people who don't have the foresight to see the consequences of some of their ideas. |

About 100% CurseLengthReduction no longer helping vs. Astrogahs CullingOfTheHerd.
I have seen it reported in this thread already but it seems there was no answer yet - or i just missed it although i believe i read the whole thread.
So i ask again - is that change intentional or an accident/bug ? |
