You'd also get a badge for most sacred unique items dropped from one monster.

It's just a unique jackpot in an Uber area. It happens pretty regularly from Fauzt bosses.

Most 'on-level-up' treewardens on one screen: 12

Cleared all of stony, cold plains, burial grounds to get them in one place, and farmed den and a bunch in underground passage as well. Really really fun to do, though the best part is trying to 'herd' a bunch of monsters that 1-hit you if u get to close. I would of had 1 more, but I 'accidentally leveled in the den, due to some on kill procs clearing albrecht's posse.
